Project “RECTECH” – How we want to change the recruitment industry

 

What are we up to?

At My Product Path we are designing a marketplace for the recruitment and development of product professionals.

 

Why is this different?

Innovation within the marketplace has centred on two key themes:

  • Speed to value
  • Cost of acquisition

The current industry is heavily based on manual processes and biased based on human interactions.

So what are we implementing into our software to make sure we nail these two themes? Well, just take a look below.

 

Speed to Value

 

  • Will be achieved through the inclusion of both unsupervised and semi-supervised machine learning.
  • Unsupervised machine learning will be used to automate the sourcing process for candidates whereby algorithmic analysis will identify candidates who either match specific ‘match’ or ‘no match’ to a specific set of recruitment criteria.
  • Semi supervised machine learning will use labels from an SME of ‘match’ or ‘no match’ candidates to create shortlists of candidates within minutes rather than days.
  • KPI: Hiring process will be completed 75% more efficient than today.

Cost of Acquisition

 

  • By removing the need for manual sourcing in the process and creating a marketplace which automates the candidate and the hiring customer user journey through the end to end recruitment process.
  • KPI: The cost of acquisition for the customer will be reduced by 50%.

 

Areas of automation will focus on having the below available through an end to end full stack recruitment portal:

  • Self assessment: The candidate completes and provides a score of competence
  • Cultural assessment: Candidates provide rating against your key values
  • Specialist assessment: A product expert completes an assessment on the candidate and provides a score of competence
  • Specialist Video Interview: A video interview that is loaded into the candidate profile
  • Psychometric testing: Assessment that is loaded into the candidate profile
  • Referencing: Collection and central storage of documents required to complete referencing checks
