Overview
Flock Cover, a fast-scaling Series B InsurTech, partnered with My Product Path to recruit a new Head of Product through a fully retained executive search. The role was critical to their next phase of product expansion and operational scale.

Flock needed a strategic product leader with strong execution capability — someone who could drive cross-functional product delivery while shaping long-term product vision in a highly regulated space. The hire needed to blend insurtech understanding, B2B2C product thinking, and leadership maturity.
